Big Up to Ellen MacArthur
Having just sailed into Falmouth last night, a big up GlittyKnittyKitty cheer to the wee 28 year old lass who is now the fastest sailor to circumnavigate the globe.
And to all those prissy meedya types and Daily Mail readers who seem to have nothing better to do than take the proverbial...

Did you see Channel 4 news the night that Ellen returned? The presenter was very snotty about her having B&Q sponsors and kept harping on about the 'good old days' when 'gentlemen adventurers' went forth into the waves...oh yes, the good old days when you could only do anything adventurous with a stack of daddy's money behind you and women knew their place...grrrrr!
