Barca boho belt
I got 2 balls of Berocco Lazer FX from Amy, my not so secret pal. I loved it. I wanted to make something to show it off. I wanted a boho belt. I used one skein of Rowan Summer Tweed in the palest of dove greys (the colour is discontinued I think) held with one strand of Lazer FX. I knitted 15 stitches in filet net stitch from The Ultimate Sourcebook of Knitting and Crochet Stitches.
Once it was long enough to go round my hips, I crocheted 6 ties in chain, and attached them three each side, at the end I added 20 glass beads to each tie, which wrap once more round the hips and tie in a bow leaving twinkly glass beads dangling round the thigh.... and Barca? I knitted it in Barcelona!
Not sure these pics show the whole effect, but you get the idea.....
