Flyfishing socks
I finished the flyfishing socks. I am not taking a photo, since the next time you see them, they will be on DJ Mikey's feet (hopefully) and the Scumkitten will be back from Banff and will blog them herself. Next I plan to resurrect arisaig. This pattern is jinxed. I have frogged bits of it 4 times. Yes. FOUR times. I usually commit such heinous crimes to the frog pond after three rips. However in the case of arisaig I am prepared to give it another go. I should be able to manage this simple lace pattern, and I have decided not to give in to the streak of bad luck that has plagued my assemblage of natural cream baby alpaca into this lovely cardie. It will be perfect for Spring. And. I. Will. Finish. It. Even. If. The. Damned. Thing. Kills. Me.
