Hadrian's Wall

Walking on Hadrian's Wall, having a picnic overlooking Crag Lough, wandering through trees and forest, seeing swans from the top of the wall, getting rained on so hard the drops were painful, falling over a wet rock and laughing so hard my stomach hurt, realising my front was sopping but my bum was dry, photographing clouds lying on my back, laughing more and marvelling at how lucky I am to live so close to this stunning part of the country. I had a great Sunday.

Sooooo jealous! Can't wait for Helen's birthday so I can get back up to the north-east. I think I need to find a job up there! xx
