Brighton rocks

Back last night from a spendid weekend with the lovely Lainch and her gorgeous boys. Please can you clone them, and Conkers and send copies up here? I understand Suemoon wants clones too. Mr Lainch OFFERED to IRON. And he ferried us all over the place with a smile and good grace.

Newsflash
I bought yarn.

In my defence it was pointed out to me that a yarn diet is cutting down how much you buy, and that this was not the same as a yarn fast.

Feverishly, I looked back at my previous posts.

I never said I was doing either. I took a public pledge. Which I have broken.

I managed from July 06 to February 07 without buying any yarn at all (other than the exceptions stated in my pledge), which isn't bad. I plan not to buy any more until Woolfest 2007. So perhaps you could say I had a Pledge Holiday???? Please?

I know you will want to know what I got, dear reader, so as a teaser, I indulged in some sock yarn (some of which is intended for Knitty SP8age) and two skeins of Hand Maiden Seasilk.... in this gorgeous colourway which looks liked aged pewter, and I think is Ebony from the subtle series. Scrummy. Irresistible. And it will likely become a camisole for me.
