Irish hiking scarf

Pattern from Hello Yarn. Knitted with 2.5 hanks of discontinued Rowan Magpie Aran, in shade no. 625, a soft liquoricey black, on 5mm Addi Turbos. This quick project came about because I was showing off my recent yarn purchases from Trondheim to some conference colleagues, and one of them foolishly asked me to knit him a scarf. So. Here it is.
