Ravelry Books & More Swap
I took part in a Books and More Swap on Ravelry. The idea was that you received a book, the yarn to make a project out of it, and a few other nice things....
I think I did pretty well.... A copy of Interweave Knits Lace Style, two balls of dark blue Regia silk to knit the lovely Floral Lace Anklets by Evelyn A Clarke, the needles for the project in bamboo, and a lovely chinese silk Lantern Moon needle case in turquoise and red. The card was lovely too with a seahorse on it. Thank you so much to my SP.
I also benefitted from someone who was asked to stand in, as I was slightly late in getting my parcel - so I ended up with another book - Glamour at home by Erika Knight.
Both books are fabuous and I feel very lucky.
