From independent rebel to 'aspirational' wannabe TV?
Channel 4 has been bugging me for a few years. You can't turn the channel on now, it seems, without facing either Big Brother, dodgy, yelling documentaries, or programmes entitled 'My sister has three penises'. It seems that other people have issues with it- an interesting article in The Guardian by George Monbiot, on Channel 4's imbalanced programme production when it comes to environmental issues:
