Books and more swap 3

The contents of my box of delights from Stefanina in the recent Ravelry Books and more swap 3.....

Inside my huge box was:


  • A lovely handknit scarf in natural cream alpaca from the Teva Durham Lace Leaf Scarf pattern. So soft, so warm! I love it!

  • Two 50g balls of the same Austermann Inka alpaca/wool yarn, so that I can make matching hat or mittens….. A Woolly Wormhead hat beckons I reckon.

  • Two 150g balls of Kauni EffektGarn in the EC (black and grey) colourway. I have wanted to knit with this for AGES.

  • Three boxes of beads - Some beautiful pearl effect ones, some cream glass ones, and some very sparkley grey haematite coloured ones. I love beads!

  • A card which says Knitting Warms My Heart on the front.

  • A set of cat bookmarks in the form of a different bookmark for each month of 2009 - a cat bookmark calendar.

  • A christmassy vanilla scented candle, in a little frosted votive glass which has a gold sparkley snowman on it.

  • A copy of Vintage Knits by Sarah Dallas.

And last but certainly not least a VERY happy Greebo in the box my loot arrived in!
