Back-to-school U-neck vest by Stefanie Japel

This is 2 and a bit balls of Ella Rae Classic wool made up into Stefanie Japel's Back-to-school U-neck vest from Fitted Knits.

I love the teal colour and rib and waffle stitch textures on this, and it fits me perfectly. I made it exactly as the pattern suggested.

Thanks again to SilverSpringKnit for the yarn and the suggestion to make something from this book, which has been in my library some time, and from which this is the first project I have made. I suspect I shall make many more now. As this is a worsted weight yarn, it knitted up on 4.5mm needles really quickly.

I love the color you chose! It looks great. I've had this in the plans to make for a while. I need to do it already!
