Bank Holiday dinner
Lightly smoked salmon fillet on a bed of brown rice and soy beans, dressed with a little finely grated ginger, some ketjap manis and a dash of rice vinegar, and a salad of mizuna, sprouted seeds, cucumber, dressed with a little olive oil and rice vinegar. Scrummy!


Edited to add: Dessert is rhubarb stewed in clementine juice with a little finely grated ginger and a tiny bit of brown sugar, with natural yoghurt.
