2 skirts in two weekends

I just finished my second skirt in as many weekends. I have been trying to get my sewing mojo back on track by making up some easy Clothkits A-line skirts.

Last weekend I ran up the People Will Always Need Plates Municipal Green / Eau de Nil Trellick Facade Skirt Kit on Sunday afternoon, and this Sunday afternoon I made up the Mini Moderns Nana skirt .

I haven't taken photos yet, but if you look on the Clothkits website, you can see what they look like - mine look just the same!

I have worn the previous Make Your Own Clothes? Traffic Skirt Kit loads, which I made up back in May, and spent all the past week wearing my Trellick Facade one with footless black tights and a black top.

Next I have to choose fabric and pattern and get back to making things completely from scratch. The sewing machine is all warmed up and ready to go.....
