World freerunning championships in London today
If this had been around when I was a teenager, there is no doubt I would have been doing it alongside gymnastics. It looks such good fun, you can do it anywhere and it makes for exciting watching. If you are in London today you could try and catch it, but I understand all the tickets have gone for the final. More information from worldfreerun. You won't see many videos of women doing this (there are some and very good they are too) but I suspect that many more women would enjoy this and be very good at it. I know I would have loved it. Too unfit to even think about it these days. Probably too old too. Sadly.
