BAMS6: Thank you soccermom!
My haul from the Books and More Swap 6 over at Ravelry. Soccermom's generous box contained 3 balls of Noro Kureyon, 3 balls of Elann Bamboo Fusion (bamboo, cotton and acrylic) in a delicious rich tweedy red, 2 balls of Elann Adara, a mercersised cotton and linen mix, a little bottle of gorgeous maple syrup, pens, a little notebook with a magnetic clasp, an unusual knitted brooch, and two bags of sweets. The licorice allsorts were scoffed right away, and the strawberry licorice was much more to my mother's taste than mine, so she took it away with glee. And of course the lovely cotton shopping bag that is my handmade item knitted in Elann Sonata, 100% mercerised cotton.
My book is Norah Gaughan's Knitting Nature, which is fabulous.
Thank you so much!
