Endless knitted cardie shawl

cardishawl1.jpgI have swine flu at the moment. I am off work and confined more or less to the sofa, as I am so tired nearly all the time. I needed something I could pick up and put down that was not taxing to knit, had no shaping and an easy pattern which required no memorising. This is basically a rectangle, with a simple textured stripe stitch pattern. The clever bit is in the casting off and folding. Details at Ravelry. You can wear the finished cardi-shawl in a multitude of ways. Here are two. On Tallulah - who does not have swine flu.
