Citronesque socks
I had a hank of cashmere sock yarn from the first ever lots that were dyed by Hipknits. It was in the stash from 2006.... And the colour was a lovely jade/sea green, very similar to the Citron shawl I knitted recently.
I decided that some socks using the same stripe ruffle pattern from Citron would be really nice for lounging around on the sofa in. After all, you don't really want to be wearing precious cashmere socks out by putting boots over them - do you?
I am very pleased with the finished result, and have them covering my tootsies right now. Very snuggly they are too.
