For sparKAL particpants
If your name doesn't appear in the list in the early entry in this thread, its because I made a special page where I will upload pics of FOs. This is so everything can be collected in one place, rather than in a number of posts in a thread, and can be accessed easily from the menu bar. If you are still not included in the list, then please do email me (glittrgirlatgmaildotcom) and I will make sure you are added. This special page should eb the most up to date.

My second sparKAL FO!
Even Greebo is impressed ....
Knitted with Rowan Cotton Glace in Shoot with matching sequins, on 3mm addi turbo ciculars. The pattern is by Eleanor Yates, the Rowan Consultant at my local John Lewis, and was free with the purchase of the yarn.

sparKAL 1st FO
I finished my first sparKAL contribution, a Tutti Frutti bag by Eleanor Yates in Rowan Cotton Glace, Maritime and matching sequins and organza ribbon......
... and Pebbles has been working hard with sequins on several objects as well as a sparkely beaded bracelet.....

I've cast on
Threading sequins takes ages, but I have done one tub, and have cast on in the lovely Maritime shade of Rowan Cotton Glace and matching sequins. I'm using 3mm needles.
Can you tell what it is yet?

If not - It's summer. The sun is shining and its time to knit something to make you feel great, look fantastic and catch the sun.....
Commit to knitting something fun with a bit of sparkle and join in a sparkley knitalong (KAL). Lurex, sequins, beads - anything that catches the light.....
Start date: 2nd week in August 2005
End date: End of October 2005
